The Contacts Pro for wProject plugin serves to maintain a comprehensive contacts list within wProject, streamlining task and project deployment based on contact names. Here's a detailed guide on using this tool:

Adding a Contact:

Create: Navigate to Create -> Contact. Enter necessary information, at minimum, the company name.

Importing Contacts from CSV:

Prepare CSV: Export contacts from your contact management application or use the provided CSV template.
Install Plugin: Get the WP Ultimate CSV Importer plugin, activate it.
Upload CSV: Go to Ultimate CSV Importer Free, select Advanced Mode, upload your CSV.
Configure Mapping: Match fields from CSV to WP fields, then initiate the import.

Viewing, Editing, and Deleting Contacts:

View: Click Contacts in the left menu.
Edit: Select a company name and click Edit Contact. Save changes when done.
Delete: Click the circular delete icon at the end of the row. Confirm deletion.

Linking Contacts to Projects:

Settings: In Contact Pro settings, enable "Link contact to project."
Usage: In project creation/editing, a Contact field will appear when the option is enabled.

Creating Subtasks from Contacts:

Automated Subtasks: While creating a new task, select "Create subtasks from contact names." Subtasks will be generated automatically.

Creating Tasks from Contacts within Projects:

Automated Tasks: While creating a new project, in the Task Group box, select "Create tasks from contact names."

Plugin Configuration:

Settings Location: Access wProject -> Pro Addons -> Contacts Pro to configure settings.
