Installation Guide:

Install and activate the "Envato Elements" plugin from Plugins > Add New in WordPress.
Download the kit file but do not unzip it.
Go to Elements > Installed Kits and click the "Upload Template Kit" button. You can also import it automatically by connecting your Elements subscription and importing it under Elements > Template Kits.
Check for the orange banner and click "Install Requirements" to load any necessary plugins.
Start by importing the Global Kit Styles first and then import one template at a time (Templates > Saved Templates in Elementor).
Create a new page, edit it with Elementor, set it to Elementor Full Width, and hide the page title.
Access the My Templates tab, import the page you want to customize, and start editing.

Setup Global Header and Footer in ElementsKit:

Import the header and footer templates.
Go to ElementsKit > Header Footer, select Header, and click "Add New."
Title it, select "Entire Site," and toggle Activation to "On."
Edit the content by selecting the template title, clicking the gray folder icon, importing the header template, and updating it.
Repeat the process for the footer.
