WooCommerce Pricing & Discounts! (WCTBP) is a robust plugin empowering shop administrators to create dynamic pricing and discount rules for products within their store. This powerful tool enables the customization of product prices, cart discounts, and additional fees based on various criteria such as time periods, quantities (either in the cart or remaining stock), total amount spent, and user roles.
How it Operates: Upon installation and activation, the WooCommerce Pricing! bulk editor becomes accessible in the main menu. Through this feature, shop administrators can configure bulk price and discount rules, defining item prices or cart discounts based on:
- Time periods
- User roles
- User accounts
- Quantity (in cart or available stock)
- Amount spent (per items or cart total)
- Product total sales
Additionally, administrators can create specific rules for individual products (including their variants) directly from the product's admin edit page.
Please Note: The plugin adjusts prices before tax calculations (ensure any manual sale price adjustments are reverted). It computes new item base prices, after which taxes are applied.
For variable products, the total sales value considered is for the master product, as WooCommerce does not track total sales for individual variations. To edit the total sales value for a product, use the Custom Field metabox on the product edit page.
Time Periods and User Roles: Each pricing rule allows customization of dates & time periods, selection of user roles or specific user accounts, and the assignment of different prices or cart discounts. Price strategies can optionally depend on the quantity of the product in the customer's shopping cart or the remaining stock value.
Hide Products Prices and Make Them Unpurchasable: With each pricing rule, administrators can utilize the 'Hide price for unauthorized users' option to conceal product prices and 'Add to Cart' buttons for unauthorized users. Unauthorized users are those not matching the selected user roles or accounts. Products added by these users before rule implementation will be removed from the cart during checkout, with a notice displayed to the user.
