Enhance your wProject experience with Comment Mention Pro, an addon that notifies users whenever they’re mentioned in comments.

How to Use:

Simply type the “@” symbol and begin typing the person’s name you want to notify. You can select their name by pressing tab or clicking on their name with the mouse.

When a user is mentioned, they receive a notification containing a link to the specific task and comment. Moreover, any mention in a comment automatically links to the user’s profile page.

Notification Settings:

Users can be notified via email, through the Notifications panel on the front-end, or both. Adjust these settings under wProject -> Comment Mention Pro.

Comment Mention
Limit on the number of mentions in a comment: Theoretically unlimited, but numerous mentions might briefly slow down the system. Each user can be mentioned only once per comment.

Troubleshooting:

If some users’ names are not linked to their profiles, ensure their display name matches their first and last name in their user profile. Simply prompt the user to visit their account page and click ‘Update’ to ensure correct formatting without making any changes.

License Key Entry:

Enter your license key by accessing Comment Mention Pro in the WordPress admin menu. Once activated, configure and start using Comment Mention Pro.

Navigate to wProject, scroll down the left menu below Pro Addons, and click on Comment Mention Pro.
